                     Pahela Baishakh mela

 This year I have enjoyed a mela on Pahela Baishakh most .The mela was held on the occasion of Pahela Baishakh to celebrate the Bangla New year .It lasted for a fortnight .This mela was held on the bank of a river by the side of our  village bazaar .I went there to visit and enjoy the mela .since there were varied forms of amusement in the mela and it provided amusements for me ,I went to the mela but I know that going alone would not suit my enjoyment .So I was accompanied by my friend  .Going there ,I found the handmade articles of artisans and craftsmen ,small trasers selling their goods food items ,various forms of potteries and other fashionable good .I bought some  of these to welcome the New Year ,different songs were sung .I enjoyed the song very much .It was really a new experience in my life .I felt very glad to explore the mela .It will remain fresh in my mind for a long time.
