 E-mail means electronic mail ,This system is faster than any other communication system.The otherhand telex is primitlve communication system .It takes longer time and  more  money than e-mail .So everyone of the age prefers e-mail to telex .But there are some problems in using e-mail in developing country like ours .E-mail is sent through a computer .In a developing country a few people  are able to buy a computer let alone the  necessary accessorise to use e-mail .The another problem is that a very few people know the operation of a computer .Most people  of the developing countries are illiterate .They even do not hear the name of computer let alone e-mail .Beside a use are has to be very good in English to use e-mail properly .Unfortunately most of the Illiterate peopje of our country are very weak in English .If a developing country is able overcome these problem ,every people will start using e-mail
